i think i've been doing pretty well lately. getting over the relationship...haven't visited any of the anti-zd kiddie sites...

but no. the person who runs the place that hosts zd has to email me and DEMAND i refund a customer's money. then i have to report back to him my action.

1) i pay you to host zd. do that and only that.
2) when people email me crying about ztnet bullshit, i stay the hell out of it
3) if you even bother to READ the faq, it says backordered = YOU DON'T GET THE PRODUCT. same with preorder.
4) why not email this guy back, say you're not affiliated with the store and to piss off?

then, i've been trying to add new zd staff accounts for weeks. i FINALLY got one added...been waiting a week for another..and i put in another request yesterday. could we add the fucking accounts already?

oh, it gets better kids.

i just wrote the bastard like $200 for zd's bills...AND THERE'S A GOD DAMN BONZI BUDDY POPUP THAT TRIED TO AUTO INSTALL GATOR.

i'm totally flipping out....just when things were getting better, zd's host had to come back and ruin things. i'm pretty much stuck here...i don't have the time to run my own server right now.

god damn...the LEAST he could do is stop trying to takeover my site and be involved, add the accounts, and get the popups off zd. i'm not asking this guy to be nice...just to do his job. my checks clear every month...he could do his part.

i agree with you swamp, this guy is really pissing all of us off... i can also understand that you haven't the time to try to run your own server right now.

i feel sort of sorry for you with all of the stress you must have... i really hope that he straightens up and you get some relief soon, not to mention us, the visitors to zd. but you have it a lot worse than us

That sucks you not wanting to run your own server, I was just talking to someone here the other day and I said if you could run your own server it would probably be cheaper and on top of that you could make money by stealing other dissatisfied customers from ZT also and hosting them. :)
