Well, the long awaited day has arrived (well, OK, not that long, but still....its here, so...yeah, get crackin....). I have the entire remainder of the ZD store in my possession, and I have completed my move, so its time to start making room in the new place. First of all....the disclaimer....that's right the DISCLAIMER:
1. All transactions will be done via PM to me (IceWolf20)
2. All items are on a first-come, first-serve basis. I have a limited stock of items, and the orders will be processed in the order in which they were recieved.
3. All orders must follow the following format: Items desired, quantity, desired payment method (see #5), and shipping address--if you do not follow this format, I will not track you down and ask for the other information I need...don't get pissed at me b/c you didn't follow directions.
4. Upon reception of your order, you will receive a transaction finalization PM within one (1) business day confirming your order listing the items you have ordered, a sub total item cost, a shipping cost, and a total owed cost, and an address to send payment to (either postal or electronic, depending on your specification [see #5]).
- a. If your item is unavailable after you place your "order," you will be notified via PM before a total transaction finalization PM is issued. If you wish to back out of your total transaction if a specific item is unavailable, you may do so at that time. If no response is received within 3 days about whether or not you wish to keep your order, your order will be canceled.
5. Valid payment options are as follows: Paypal (preferred), money order, and personal check (may take up to 7 days to clear).
6. All prices are in USD.
7. Generally, prices are non-negotiable, but if you are interested in bulk orders on items I can supply you with, then we may be able to talk. Also, if you can find a price for any item listed on the web for cheaper, I'll take it into consideration. I've tried to do a general survey to figure out what this stuff is worth, but if I missed something, please let me know. (NOTE: Ebay or other similar non-store merchants are not acceptable forms of cheaper merchandise).
7. All items will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation within two (2) business days. You will recieve a shipment confirmation PM with tracking information within one (1) business day of shipment.
8. Shipping costs are as follows (NOTE: thses are general speculations...I will try to adhere to them to the best of my ability, but if it is warrented, they may change slightly):
- a. For domestic (US 48) shipping:
--- i. Small orders (cables, Flash carts, etc) - $3 USD
--- ii. Medium orders (pretty much everything else) - $5 USD
--- iii. Large orders (LOTS of items or a Dance Mat) - $8 USD
- b. For international (yes, that includes Canada) or AK/HI
--- i. Small orders - $5 USD
--- ii. Medium orders - $8 USD
--- iii. Large orders - $10 USD
9. In the end, remember I'm trying to do this to help out ZD, and am not out to try to rip anyone off. Please be patient when patience is needed, and realize that I may be getting in over my head here.
10. The items listed will be available for a period of one month, then they will be put up on ebay (with the same prices). You guys (and gals) get first dibs on this stuff before it goes to Ebay (and personally, I'd rather it go here b/c you are the ones that make the community, and supported the store in the first place...that and I hate dealing with stupid people on ebay).
