Yes, I now own a nice 3 bedroom house.
Singed the paper work on monday and will be moving in over this week and next.


Gee... that is a short message but what more could I put... no more paying rent for me...

rent = money into trash (been doing this for 4 years, tired of it)
mortgage = one month closer to fully owning the house

I'm not upset... I just think spelling is not a big deal... it was a visual pun see? it said deal and it was big.. funny right? ha ha ... *fake sob* fine so i'm not funny *fake crying* =) *chuckle*

Yeah, I know what you mean- your money is paying off a finite debt, instead of going down the bottomless pit of rent.

You want my mortgage? I hope you understand the resp...wait I ain't yer parent... =P My mortgage is killing me...and that's AFTER a refinance...being an adult sucks ass you know.

Done moving out... Legs hurt (apt was on 3rd floor), fingers sore, many many boxes (half unlabled) to sort out, and its hard to sleep in a new place...

Hopfully I won't do this again for 10-15 years...
