Tomorrow is the last day I can send this intent to enroll form for San Diego State U. If I don't do that, I'll be stuck another semester at a community college. I need a transcript to send them. Knowing that I can get one at the district office relatively quickly (like minutes or hours rather than days or weeks), I'm sitting on my ass doing nothing. It's funny, cuz I don't really know whether that transcript will include my high school one, which I'm also supposed to send. So here I am, sitting around, making music, possibly making another comic...and possibly sealing my tomb if I'm not careful. Then again, I would have sent the fuckin thing 3 days ago if my mom didn't drag me along this shitty work assignment last Friday. I wouldn't particularly mind going to the community college one more semester considering I'm still fuzzy on my major, but my mom is a fucking control freak and she would flip.

I would stay at the community college just to piss her off. But then again I am one of those people who doesn't like being told what to do and what to think.

I'm still a worse procrastinator. It turns out that my term paper, which I did a really shitty job on wasn't due for another week cause the class was cancelled, so instead of working on it and improving it, I ended up just turning the same shitty half-ass version in. Hah hah, I guess you're more of a procrastinator, but I'm more apathetic. :)

Yeah, I know what you mean about just sitting around and making music though. The later it gets, the more inclined I am to ignore my homework and make beats. 20 minutes turns into 2 hours and then I pretty much fall into my bed and sleep. I could play with Fruity Loops for hours I think.

I also know what you mean about the community college situation. My mom thinks I gotta get through CC in 4 semesters and then get through college in 4 more semesters so I can graduate on time, and blah, blah, blah. The only reason I give a shit about what she says is because she 'owns' my car and I'm on her insurance, and I live with her, otherwise, I'd just say fuck it, I'll get done when I get done. I gotta move out soon and convince her to let me keep my car, but also use her insurance. Of course that would require me getting a better job, which would involve taking iniative and all that stuff.

But yeah man, what are you going to major in and don't you have to know that if you transfer to a four year college from a JC? I don't know for sure, but that's what I've heard.

That's pretty much my situation, except I actually do own my car. I live in her house and am on her insurance tho, so I'm basically owned.

Well, it's Math fow now, but I could decide to do CS cuz thus far, I like programming. Overall I'm just unsure though...I just picked math cuz that's what I'm good at.

Hate to say it, but I'm with you. I don't like being told what to do, either. (always had a problem with author-itay). But this is one case where it seems he just needs to get the transcript. My opinion, anyway. BTW, nice sig, Dan. ^_^

I did it all without my mom even knowing (thank god cuz she woulda bit my head off). Stupid Yahoo maps gave me the WRONG directions first time I put in the college district office address, but I figured out where it was yesterday, and went down there and had them send my transcript. Today, I went to my high school and got that transcript, and thank god, my SAT scores are on that, cuz I woulda had to pay upwards of $30 to have them sent to the college. So everything's in order. w00t!
