Hi,

I just realized that my PC can run Project 64 and I really want to get into n64 emulation. My question is this, I have an n64 controller and have been thinking about buying one of the adapters from amazon that lets you plug n64 controllers into your PC. Does this work? Does the controller work with all buttons on Project64 and how hard is it to set up, do I need to download a config file?

It would depend on which adapter you get as to how it's set up, but the ones I've used work quite easily. Before ordering from Amazon, you might want to check out your local department store. For $15, I got an adapter from Walmart that allows me to use N64, PS2 *and* Xbox controllers on my PC. I didn't have to download anything with it, I just installed the software that came with it. It causes your controller to be recognizes as a normal joystick with which you can play any program that supports joysticks.
