Well I don't know but I dodn't see any verification code, where it is suppose to be when submiting a hack. I am using Fire Fox 3 but tried it with Internet explorer 8 too. FF3 doesn't show anything, IE8 shows a square with an X in it where the image should be. Sorry if I sound rude I am just trying to describe my problem. I can't submit a hack, and I guess neither can anyone else.
Please Help..

I see the submit emulation news section on the forum but I don't think I am allowed to use that or am suppose to use it as just a forum member, about six months ago when I had submitted my hack I used the form. So how or where do I submit my hack I am not trying to get it in the news that is decided upon by staff and has nothing to do with me or my hack it may not even be accepted let alone be news worthy.
I don't keep up with the scene, I just do my own works from the shadows of my website. Then occasionally visit the boards and play nice most of the time. I really am a fuctard, but I'm not easily offend cause I don't freaking care. I do talk a lot..
Thanks for the suggestion I'll try that news section if that is where I am suppose to submit my hack, but it doesn't make sense to me.

We currently have two hacks in the administration review queue which have both been submitted in the past month, so the form is working properly.

Yes, it was working a month ago so it must be working now! Never mind the fact that I just checked it with Firefox, Opera and Chrome and am experiencing the exact same behavior that Gotgull described.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreate() in /home/zophar/public_html/class/VerifyIMG.php on line 31
You're telling me that that error is a sign that the form is working properly?
Maybe you should spend less time censoring my comments about you being a fucking idiot and more time not being a fucking idiot.

Jeez...At any rate, that's wonderful, another thing Edman won't fix. All I can say is that I hope it's just a temporary glitch...weird that it would break itself.

Yeah, you know what? I asked you to play nicely, man. I'm sorry if Brad censored your comment (or something? Feel free to take that up with him...I'm not really for that either except in an extreme circumstance like disgusting porn BS or some such thing) but if there's a problem there's no reason for you to be an ass to Montie here.
*edit*
Ah yes, and for the record...I don't agree with editing your title either. I may not like you, but I wouldn't have done that.

Any chance of this being fixed? What do I do in the meantime if I want to submit updated music tags?

Very, very unlikely that it will be fixed, as the only person who has access to fix it hasn't visited the site in a couple of years or so. Your best bet would be to assemble a list of necessary changes and provide them to the staff to edit themselves.

Are there other people with access to the files themselves, then? So the music archive can be updated even with that person missing?

I'm still here and have 100% access.

Staff members don't have to enter a CAPTCHA to edit files, so they can still create/update entries. We just don't have the ability to edit the code of the site.

I wasn't able to see a verification code on the NEStopia savestate submission page. Is it possibly my browser?

No, it's a broken web server. See the How To Submit ROM Hacks post on the ROM hacking board if you want specific details.

Oops, forgot about this thread
Well, I updated the Breath of Fire 3 psfs to use the track titles (and numberings!) from the Breath of Fire Special Box (http://www.rpgfan.com/soundtracks/bofbox/index.html), making it more official-like.
There was no changes.txt or anything with the original files, so I figured leaving credits was unnecessary. Do tell if I was wrong.
