Just a little warning/heads up to homeowners:

Me and my family's home was sold right from under us by the bank (Chase) and we were forced to move out. Luckily one of mom's cousins is stationed in Italy for 3 years so they rented out their home to us. I want to warn ya'll especially those in Arizona to be careful when trying to loan mod, most banks will use that as a front to foreclose your home. We taking Chase to court as it is but this shit has taken a toll on the whole family and it could happen to you.

I should have asked, I don't understand how they could do this? As long as you paid your mortgage. Was there anything in the contract that has some fucked up shit like that?
