Mario Party 1 USF set doesn't play ? :[

My damn Dell from 2004 toasted. Only two versions of the Winamp 64th Note plugin I can find is on the main hcs site, and on Winamp site, older I believe.

I remember I played em all just fine, but Mario Party 1 is just muted..? :\
