Hey everyone. I've been a long time lurker of ZD, and was a personal friend of Paladyn.
Anyway, I've regret to inform the board that Paladyn returned to be with the Lord on May 25, 2010. My condolences to anyone on the board that knew him.

What happened?

Also, why the fuck hasn't anyone responded to this?

Well this sucks big time. Sorry but that's the first thing I thought when I read this. He was only 31 to. Why does this always happen to the nicest people.

If you don't mind how did this happen since it doesn't say in the link? Sorry to ask but he was just so young.

Sorry, don't know how exactly he died. All I know is I think someone from his family found him already dead on the floor when they entered the house.
Yeah, 31 years old. Sorta wake up call on how fragile life can be.

He was a good friend of mine, someone I knew from my church. He was the one that got me into console emulation, psp and ds hacking stuff, as well as introduced me to this site, more that 10 years ago? (I think its been that long). His viewing is tonight, funeral tomorrow.

rickz0rz, thanks for posting the link. I thought about putting something up like that. Thanks.

True on this. Having seen him on here a lot, I can only help but wonder what happened. :( Of course, should you happen to come across what it was and it was gruesome, you should leave it out. (Unless it involves over-exhaustion due to sex, because honestly that's one hell of a way to go out and something all true warriors strive for!)

Jeez, this is messed up to say the least. I'm pretty sad to hear about this, he was a damn nice guy. I know they'll never see this, but my thoughts go out to his family.

Of course it is bad that someone randomly dies at some young age. It always seems to lead to bad things. I can only hope he died in a peaceful manner and that his family is going to be okay.

I don't like the topic's name. "Death of Paladyn" doesn't seem serious or sincere. I nominate "RIP Paladyn."

Sorry if the title didn't sound sincere, I guess I can see how it might be taken that way now.
Anyway, I talked with the family a bit yesterday. From what I heard, he wasn't feeling well the last few days. Also, as of right now, the cause of death is undetermined until the report is complete a few weeks from now.

I hope they're doing ok...well, as ok as someone can be under circumstances like this. :(
