So I've been into this one chick at my work. She's beautiful and is a bit of a nerd, aka the perfect girl for me, lol. Everytime she passes by or stops by, my eyes are on her...I'm sure even a couple of the co-workers in my department have noticed I'm into her. I've been hesitant to do anything about it because I'm me, because I haven't gotten a chance to talk to her at all, and because, ironically, another better looking, cooler Steve who got hired shortly after me (like a day later) works in her department, and has 1000x better chances than I do. I wish I knew what I was getting into...I would have much rather have his job if only to be in her department.
But...now I don't feel so bad about not pursuing it or fate not getting me the other Steve's job because it turns out she's going to be moving anyways. I still don't even know if she's single or not, but now I don't care. And...in ANOTHER twist of irony, I was curiously checking out Yahoo profiles to see if she had one, and came upon another girl with her name (dunno about last name) who looks remarkably like her and also lives in San Diego. She also happened to have a bunch of modeling pics, like this:

I mean if she had darker brown hair and glasses on in her pics, it would look EXACTLY like her. Even her body has similar shape to the chick at work. I mean I hate being a lusting bastard but damn. I pretty much know my time for finding a girlfriend will come when I start bowling in a singles league this summer, so I'll excuse myself this time I guess. <img src=smilies/cwm27.gif>
