Damn Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. It usually late at night when I get any signs of this, but it's thankfully not every night.

Mainly the right hand (due to mouse and keyboard usage). I sometimes am forced to type and use the mouse with left only if I really need to be doing so.

The quesiton: Anyone know of a better setup or something more wrist friendly?

1. Wrist stretches. Let wrist go limp, take other hand, and push down gently. Take hand, push wrist up, pull gently.

2. Use your computer less and go play in the sun/rain/snow. <img src=smilies/thumb.gif>

Im sure you've already done so, but in case you havent..

1. Get a nice Gel wrist pad for the keyboard. MAN these things work wonders.

2. A Gel wrist pad for the Mouse. I personaly don't use one, but it doesnt bother me much.

Hm, do you know any good places to order such materials? My keyboard just rests on the shelf here... nothing else, just wide open air around it.

I've never heard of these, so I figured I'd just ask. I'll do some searching on my own, but if I don't come up with anything or you know of better places, that'll help.

Thanks for the tip.

Honestly, I got my gelpad at BestBuy, but i've seen them at Wal-Marts, K-Marts, Circuit City, CompUSA, etc.

Most any place that carries PC accessories will carry them.
