Is there any emulator that supports savestates?
It's the one thing I hate about genesis. D:

as far as I know, every decent Genesis emu out there has savestate support... so I dunno what half assed genesis emulator you're using.
Anyway, give Regen (http://aamirm.hacking-cult.org/index_files/regen.htm) a spin. It's really accurate and has the save state support you crave.

I'm using Fusion 3.6

Kega Fusion definitely support save states, I used it very extensively in the past and once moderated the Kega forum for SteveSnake because I knew the emulator so well. I'd usually dig out the emulator at this point, but seriously. Fusion has a Readme.txt file, and it tells you how to use save states. So be a good little user, and read it.

You don't even need to read the readme, it's a fucking menu option. If you can't figure out how to save states, then Genesis games are WAY above your level. And it's not just every decent Genesis emulator that supports save states, most of the shitty ones do too. I recall very clearly using save states with Genesis emulators back in the 90s.

Well I came here asking for help, not asking for someone to be a total cunt towards me. I made a mistake and over looked that part of the menu. I'll just keep in mind that if I need help again, I won't ask you.

Don't mind him, he's the resident ass of the forums. Don't take him too seriously.

Please keep in mind that you are a fucking idiot and anything you think is likely to be wrong. Furthermore, you are not entitled to an opinion due to the fact that you are incapable of forming one that is valid. How the fuck do you "overlook" an option that is explicitly titled what you would expect it to be called in the very first menu you should look under? Furthermore, apparently you've "overlooked" it on multiple emulators, since the "thing you hate" about Genesis emulators is the fact that they don't support save states, even though every fucking Genesis emulator in existence likely supports them. You are stupid. You are lazy. You do not deserve to play these games.
F5 usually saves state, and F8 usually loads. Try that on your emulator. Also, savestate support is pretty common across all emulators for any console.

*facepalm* Not going to let this turn into a flamewar. At any rate, it seems like your question has been answered Bordeaux so I'm going to lock the thread.
