My original departure date was delayed a couple days. Looks like I leave tomorrow. Travelling on Christmas Eve doesn't sound too thrilling though. I wish you all happy holidays and a happy new year. <img src=smilies/thumb.gif>

Is there something I'm missing out on?

Tell me about it. I have to spend Christmas alone in my little box of a dorm room eating ramen and writing a 20 page long paper that for some reason is due on the 25th. Couldn't get a ticket for before the 26th. I'm trying not to leave my room at all so I don't have to think about the outside or Christmas or anything. Eh, at least I get to go home this year.

That's what I said. It's not so bad, though, cause they had lots of time before Christmas. The teacher only made the due date Christmas because that's when he/she was leaving town and wanted to give the students as much time as possible. It's actually a nice gesture, if you think about it.

No problem. He's not a bad guy, he was just trying to be nice. For some reason the paper just dragged on and on though, so I ended up finishing it on the 25th. I have this knack of doing my best work on the last due date.
