Help Please..

Well, I have a feeling what some of you are going to say, but it can't hurt to ask anyway.

I have a iMac with a old OS, Mac OS 9.2.2 to be exact, I can really get the cash for OS X so I'm stuck with it now. I have been trying to download a Playstation emu for the longest, but problems keep happen.

I downloaded:

PSMac (But the not of the options work and when I loaded MGS it said the ROM is too big)
The PI (The program crashes everytime I load a ROM)

I think I'm doing something wrong can someone please help me.

You might be more likely to get useful responses over at http://emulation.macscene.net/.

(And just to throw it out there, if you check out Goodwill Stores, you can probably find a PC capable of emulating PSX for $25 or less. I've donated 3 computers to them myself, each running Windows XP, and they usually put them at around $25.)
