Don't get me wrong, I love my boss. We just got named one of the top fifty small print shops in the southeast by a trade publication ( #21, if you must know).
We're kind of like a dysfunctional family. But I'm functioning okay now, so I think it's time to go.
Going back to presswork here (instead of the design part) and actually producing a sheet of paper with ink on it gives me a feeling of accomplishment. It's not quite as good as writing a story , a book or a poem, but it's damn near orgasmic.
Which brings me back to the whole point.
My target date is November, 2004.
The sequel to my book will be complete.
I'm gonna package the whole thing together and sell it.
I was born to write.
It's all I want to do.
I'm gonna do it.

Hope that works out for ya, Flash. I really enjoy writing, too. I've always thought it'd be cool to be a video game review magazine editor. I can't see how you can go wrong with that. Play video games all day long and write about them? Oh, sure, you'd get frustrated in a game and would HAVE to finish it because it was your job. But that's much better than getting frustrated because your boss is an uptight dick and needs it done his/her way.

LoL I know that feeling. I think the feeling of seeing it being loaded on a mail truck and taken away b/c we're COMPLETELY done with it, feels even better.
