I was just on digg.com and found this posting about a youtube video showing gameplay from a new game called Global Agenda. I could explain it but I would do it no justice, check it out.

Looks really cool. Given the entirely PvP nature of it, though, I wonder how they intend to manage rewarding players with new powers without making it frustrating for new players who aren't powerful yet.
