I just wanted to mention this to the folks here. I got this (http://store.steampowered.com/app/22180/) game earlier today on something of a whim since it was $5 for the three parts of it this weekend on Steam and 'sounded interesting'. It's pretty good. I did a write up of my impressions of it here (http://zeldadd.xanga.com/703901006/penumbra/). Only played the first of the games, Overture, and I haven't yet completed it, but so far it's pretty awesome. Worth $5, definitely. Now, apparently the third part is more of an extra and has nothing to do with the story of the first two.

Anyway, look into it if you like adventure games, or horror games...or both. Normally I wouldn't post something like this here, but for the price and how much I like the game, I figured I'd mention it.

I took a look.... I was convinced, so I bought it. Hopefully it will be fun.

EDIT: I couldn't get the damn valve door thing in the blizzard to open. I froze to death because of it. >:|

Did you get the ice off of it? Also, pressing R activates interaction mode (or whatever they call it). That can help you to interact with objects easier (might help if you have problems with the valve itself). Let me know what you think once you get farther into it.
