I'm trying to create an image from an old playstation cd. I'm using ISO disk and 2 files appear. One is name SLUS with some numbers and is just under 300kb, the other is named system and is describe as a speeddial file and is 1kb "67bytes when viewed in properties". Do I need both files to create an image for my harddrive or is there a better program to do this ISO/bin/img creation that is free.

BTW I also have Nero OEM version 6.3 already on my system if that is better.

I would just use Isobuster (http://www.isobuster.com/), and then make a image raw dump. (right click on CD --> extract <image> --> raw)
