Zelda Tech, a pretty good overworld editor for Legend of Zelda 1 has been updated. Here is what's new/fixed in this version 3.3:

The screen editor map is now an image of the actual overworld
Added function to create and apply IPS patches to file menu
Added graphics to shop editor.
Updated enemy graphics to fill in missing enemies/gray out dungeon enemies
Updated "screen warning" system, added warning for overworld screen #0 for cave exit
ZTech now only asks to save the rom when closing if it has actually changed
Stairs are only drawn on a screen when there is a pushable rock/grave or a whistle
Updated enemy selector images
Replaced trackbar in enemy selector with buttons
Added option to change overworld heart to different item
Added option to change bracelet to different item, change screen that contains it, and change the position of the armos that will have it.
Changed behavior of selecting a special editor from the tools menu: rather than toggling whether it is visible, it is brought to front.
Removed bracelet warning (since the bracelet can now be edited)
Updated text editor to properly handle newlines and string terminators.
Improved text editor input validation

The author has also released a new dungeon editor for Zelda 1 called "Dungeon Master". So far it seems to be able to edit most features of the dungeons. If you want to download them, you can get them from the Zelda Tech (http://ilab.ahemm.org/ztechhome/) homepage, or our utils pages (Zelda Tech (http://www.zophar.net/utilities/neslevel/zelda-tech.html) here and Dungeon Master (http://www.zophar.net/utilities/neslevel/dungeon-master.html) here. Thanks go to Snarfblam for giving me the tip on this one.
