Does anyone know how to find the level data in a sega master system rom?
I've been looking around here and on romhacking.net and I can't find any utilities or emulators that can help.
Does any such program exist?

You have to start from scratch.
Use ROM CORRUPTOR until you mess up the levels, then figure out how the data is stored.

Hey, I checked it out and i was suprised by how many features it has!!
There's a debugger, tile viewer, tilemap viewer etc. The debugger has the processor, rom, ram, vram, sram and all. Thanks alot I had no idea there was such a useful SMS emulator out there. I had tried gens+ and a number of others with little luck, but this was awesome.
