I've been working on a level viewer for Zelda - Oracle of Ages for a while, now I have a working level viewer.
I just added support for viewing Oracle of Seasons today.

Mind if I upload it to the site?

I wouldn't upload it yet.
It's still just a level viewer, and is completely missing any form of author/contact information or readme.txt.

Ok, fair enough. Still pretty neat. :)

New Version Get! (http://www.dwedit.org/dwedit_board/attachment.php?item=268)

New features:
* PNG export of tilesets and big maps
* Loads tile animation so that tiles appear correctly now
* Screen Viewer
* Other random stuff

Screenshots:
PNG Export of tilesets:

You can also have it export EVERY tileset, there's 128 possible tilesets (and even more in Seasons)

PNG Export of maps:

This may be a tiny thumbnail, but it expands huge.
You can export entire planes, or every plane in the game. It takes about 30 seconds to do all planes on a fast computer.

looks like the screen viewer needs a bit of work palette wise, but other than that, good work!

It's got the correct palette, it's just missing the sprites that get overlaid on top of the background.

Aaah, I was wondering about that.

Nice work. =)
Also, congrats on getting mentioned in that academic paper, heh. Funny how references to oneself can turn up in unlikely places.
