.GME save files

peeps, i have completed disk one on FF8 and rebooted my computer and lost all of my save files. i have downloaded up to date save files but they are in a .GME state. does any body know how to convert them? thanks in advance

That's a save in the DexDrive format. What you need is to use a program such as this (http://www.zophar.net/utilities/psxutil/memcardrex.html) one. Go to File--> Open and find your .gme memory card. Then, choose File --> Save As, then click on the box at the bottom that says "Save as Type" next to it. Make sure the ePSXe format is chosen, then save the memory card somewhere. Then, copy it to your ePSXe memcard folder, and next time you start it up make sure you select this memory card.
