Good PSX XA players/rippers?

I figured I'd ask... What programs are good at playing/ripping XA files these days? It's been a while and I recall there being quite a few programs don't seem to want to play the audio from the beginning or skip over other audio, so I just wanted to find one that works correctly.

PSXmc seems to work pretty well. You could also play XA in Winamp using the plug-in called vgmstream (that can be found on HCS' site).

PSXmc got the job done, thanks. I also used PSound to extract some sound effects, which was a secondary thing.

That vgmstream didn't seem to work, so I got rid of it. But all is well regardless.
