I really hate to post this 'cause I'm very sure it's been posted before but..... I'm as new as you can imagine to this whole emulation thing. I've looked in the FAQ section but can't find where to start learning how it's all done. I own...something...that has a few emulators on it but I would like to get more games and possibly more emulators. Can someone tell me where to look first so I can get started. I would REALLY appreciate any help. Also, I'm not sure what is ok to say and what isn't as far as names of things so... Thanks (I just saw that I can post the system I'm using. I'm using a regular xbox. I have nes, snes, sega, genesis, and some arcade emulators. I would like to get some more arcade games and maybe a ps1 and ps2 emulator.)

We can't help you to find any games, but someone should be able to help you with some emulator suggestions though. I can't help much on that however, I don't have an X-Box.

Being that all emus on the Xbox have to use the official Microsoft XDK, they're not allowed to be distributed. you're gonna want to start by going to this site (http://www.360-hq.com/xbox-tutorials-56.html), and following instructions.

I use the Zsnes port, the Mednafen (NES and PCE) ports, NeoGenesis, MAMEoX, KAWA-X, and PCSXbox. seeing as it takes a pretty beefy dual-core PC to emulate PS2, the 800Mhz Celeron in the Xbox isn't gonna do it. though I've played through Symphony Of The Night one PCSX, so it should run most PS1 games at full-speed.

also, I highly recommend picking up another Xbox pad; one that sucks less than the Duke or the S controller. I found a cheap wireless micro pad for the system with a decent D-pad. worth every penny spent.

I'm assuming you've already modded the machine at this point. if not, you should take a peek over here (http://www.xbox-scene.org) and get that taken care of first.
