Help!
I am trying to modify a Rom ( or in this case Iso ) of a PSX Game. I want to include my own Images in the Game, but when I open any TIM Files ( Wich I need to replace since those are the Images ), it just shows messed up stuff.

Example:

That "is the skin of a Plane", but with those weird Errors.
Any Ideas how I can get rid of this Distortions?!

Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

did you try a RAW viewer? I can't remember offhand what proggy you use for it, but you could try starting there. Also, over at romhacking.net there's a PSX VRAM viewer. With that you can do a VRAM dump when the game loads the graphics you are looking to edit, view it, and then from there see how the graphics are stored, which may be able to help you.

EDIT: did you seriously use the username HALP? I'm amused.

Same problem, though since i'm a noob, cant understand Reaper man reply! :(
Isnt it possible to extract at once all the .tim of an .img?
I've tried a lot of programs ( PSicture, Yu_Ri, PsxMultiRip, hptimrip, TimViewer, ec. ) but they always look weird like HALP's! :(((

EDIT: resolved... stupid error of mine... i was opening directly the .img
