I'm not sure what emulator you mean by "the nintendo pc emulator". Many emulators natively run codes created for game genies or other such devices. Look for a cheat option in the menu of whatever emulator you're using.
You can't use a game genie ROM to run codes in an emulator, if that's what you're looking for. There are some emulators that support game genie codes, however. Look in the drop down menus or read the documentation to find out how to use them.

Sure you can, in some emulators.

Were you going to list any, or are you going to be an ass and make us look? If it's the latter, then piss off.

I believe Nintendulator (http://www.qmtpro.com/%7Enes/nintendulator/) does it

I see, I lacked the triple-digit post count required for my post to be trusted.

It runs the ROM file of a Game Genie AND another ROM simultaneously? Why would anyone program that into an emulator?

I expect people to back their claims up with proof, no matter who says them. Post count is irrelevant in the matter.

Because they can.
And I guess it could be nostalgic inputting the codes that way. I used to have a Game Genie.

I don't understand...what does that have to do with anything?

I understand that he/she should have posted examples of emulator that does, but that was still rude.

I think he/she though that Lenophis said that because he/she's a newbie.

Seriously, 'some emulators' is not very helpful.

I'm not always a very helpful person. :p
My post about trust was largely in response to Lenophis' harsh response. Probably colored by the fact that I've experienced elitism elsewhere, both on the negative end and so-called positive end.
I couldn't remember which emulators supported it off hand, and it was late. ...and people who state falsities as fact irk me and cloud my better judgment, though I'm kind of a black-pot in that area sometimes.
