A FAQ is an acronym for "Frequently Asked Questions". Sadly, most of the times, they're unanswered,.

Why Write a FAQ?

A lot of emails go to people like emulator authors, webpage maintainers, and other people, all asking the same questions. Due to the amount of them, you usually cannot get a personal response, and sometimes it can even take a long time to download all the email and sort it out. Hopefully this will decrease the stress on such people, and you'll always get a response out of here.

Nowadays, people don't usually treat other people nicely when they ask harmless, innocent questions. Usually you don't even get a response that isn't a flame(insult). Most of the time you get a "go find it yourself, dipsh*t". Don't even try on IRC, you'll get kicked and banned instantly. This is the place where you can go find the answers yourself, so you don't have to face possible hate and humiliation at the hands of a**holes who expect you to know and read everything. You could read this as an example of why a good FAQ is needed.
